“I have been enthralled by food my entire life following my passion into the Food and Beverage Industry for over 13 years in both culinary and purchasing. During that time, I have worked for and supported numerous Sports and Entertainment venues and private restaurants. Focusing on making every experience a valuable one for the guest and a tool for growth for myself, whether it has been the opening of new properties or supporting of annual events, these experiences have stirred up a desire to continue developing as a culinarian.
I am constantly focusing and developing my techniques and doing everything I can to pass on the knowledge and experiences I have acquired in my career. Teaching and learning has been a driving factor for me in my life and culinary career—this is something that I hope others will be inspired by during these cooking classes.”
